When I look upon the sea of maquillage designed, and applied by the hands of Ms. Alice Cheung, I am absorbed into her own personal world of beauty.  Her work transcends that of the average makeups we are used to seeing day to day on the television and magazine racks. 

    She steps up natural beauty to that of exquisite perfection; transforming every bride and model who has the good fortune to come under her brush, into covetous eye candy for every onlooker.  Their skin is flawless, eyes subtly enhanced or made to penetrate, and lips enticingly splashed with color or muted to perfection.  Each face ripens and completes the wardrobe to which it is paired, making each model visually enticing while taking us beyond the normal standard.

    Ms. Cheung does not stop there.  Her makeup can be dark and surrealistic at times, transporting you to the more midnight facets of her imagination.  It is in this way that her work becomes living, breathing, walking art.  She is not confined to a particular look or method, but constantly crosses her own boundaries, challenging herself to bring forth to reality the stuff found in our dreams and sometimes nightmares.
